It’s been so fun seeing my RR friend’s updates to their blogs with the photos of their wonderful children! It amazes me when I think of all of the orphans that have come home to their “forever family” in the last few months. So many who didn’t have hope, who didn’t know that way they were living was not the life that they were meant to have. So many wonderful little ones who are on the road to being healthy, happy, and are finally loved the way God meant for them to be loved.
I have been in the RR chats on Monday nights for the last few months. I have learned so much from the Moms who have been there and done that. It’s a great little group. I’ll miss them while I’m gone.
I made arrangements for John's homecoming with my brother. We're going to leave our truck at his house and he'll take it to the airport so that John will have it when he gets there.
We are going to be taken to the airport by a very special friend. We have not even met yet but her and her husband have done so much for us, and for Timothy. I can't wait to actually meet her and give her a big ol' hug! Be ready Kim! hehe
Please continue to pray for us. For God to provide for our family. It will be hard to leave the other kids here, they will be in very good hands but I'll miss them. I have never ever been away for more than a few days from them. Pray for our upcoming travel. There have been some concerns about European travel and terrorism. God is our Protector. He will keep us safe so that we can carry out His plan for Timothy and our family. I would be lying if I said I didn't think about the concerns, but I can't focus on it. I have to know that He will be with us and all will be well.
