Apparently, the Power of Attorney paperwork that I busted my tail to get apostilled at the very last minute before we left really aren’t even necessary because John still has to stay to close out Timothy’s account. This means that he’ll miss his train to Kiev, which means we have to pay $276 (USD) to have him driven there tomorrow night. Now, where did I put that extra ATM card that goes to our off shore account? Ohhhhh that’s right… we DON’T HAVE ONE!!
I have no idea how this is going to turn out… I’m giving him the money that I have to live on for the next 2-3 weeks. Between hotel/apartment, train tix to Kiev, cabs for appointments in Kiev and here and my visits I’m already up to needing about $1070 (using estimates for the cab and apt in Kiev for 3 nights). I have just about that amount(this doesn’t include food/water and unexpected stuff). Take the $276 from that, and ummmm it ain’t pretty!
I said this in an email to someone a bit ago… Money truly is the root of all evil… sigh
John went to the orphanage by himself today, just to give them a little Timothy/Daddy time since he is leaving tomorrow. I sent the camera and told him to make sure he didn't break any rules. LOL

Praying over here that something will work out for John to leave in time.... We didn't even do the money at the bank... Our institute director took care of it herself. I don't know how that worked but they had us skip that part.

Remember, it's not money. It's the LOVE of money that is the root of all evil. You guys obviously don't love money, as you're spending the resources that God has given you to go rescue this precious boy. Where God guides, He provides. Cliche but true. Keep trusting! God will work this out for your good and for His glory!
