The other side of the world...day 7(morning)

This is the day!! We are patiently (har har) waiting for Marina to call us to let us know that she is here to get us. We’ll go to the orphanage and meet with the Social worker, Director, and head doctor there to learn more about him first. Then they will bring him in or take us to him to finally meet. Gulp!!

I’m nervous, and excited, and actually pretty peaceful too if that makes sense.

So, right now that’s the news. Not too exciting. LOL

Let’s see, what can I babble about? Oh… if you buy a “Mars” bar here, it’s not the Mars bar that you expect with the almonds etc like at home. It’s a Milky Way!! They have Milky Way bars too but we haven’t tried them, there are several “types”. Twix is the same here. The chocolate bars are quite yummy here. There is also this little hippo shaped thing that is a candy too, and it is SO YUMMY but SO sweet!! We found a box of them last night after Cathy had told us about them. I’ll have to take a pic and post it. hehe

Ok… I’ll stop babbling, especially since most of you should be in bed or already are! I’ll be back!!
