One Week Home!!

We're working on finding a new "normal" around here.  LOL  Anyone who has adopted knows that this is NOT as easy as it sounds!  When you bring home a new baby they sleep most of the time, that's what babies do.  When you bring home an older adopted child, they don't sleep all day like a newborn... lol  We are doing pretty well though.

Monday I'll be calling around to get Timothy's appointments set up.  He'll need to see a Urologist, cardiologist, and our family doc to name a few.

This morning the girls got haircuts. Kati got 11 inches cut off for “Locks of Love”, and another 1-2 while Chrissy was shaping and styling it. It looks SOOOOO good!!! I’ll post some pics tomorrow. After that we all went to Mazzios for pizza buffet. Timothy LOVED the spaghetti!! He is too funny when we go out in public. It’s so fun to see people’s reactions to him. Strangers smile and say how sweet he is. SO different than the reactions in his own country. One lady today commented about how much his “big sister” must love him because she is so sweet to him. Olivia was sharing her crackers with him. I just smiled and thanked her. She would have no way of knowing that Olivia is his “little sister”. He is 6 months older than she is.

Tonight was the Burlington Lighted Holiday Parade. Oh my, let me tell you, Timothy had a blast! He loved the fire trucks and the horses!! When the High School band went by he was yelling and “dancing” in the stroller. Too cute! I have pics of that to share too, but those will come tomorrow as well. hehe

Tonight’s pics are from ONE WEEK ago… our HOMECOMING!! We finally figured out how to get the pics from Stacey to me without sending them one at a time through email. So… here you go!

Waiting for Momma & Timothy to come at the airport

She decided to hide to surprise us!
Here we come!!

His first American meal... good ol' mac n cheese!!
