Wednesday once again!

Today I received the sweetest gift in the mail.  One of the other RR Mamas emailed me while I was still in Ukraine and offered to send me Timothy’s ornament that she got last Christmas from the RR Angel Tree project.  I was so excited that of course I said “Yes!”  It came in the mail today.  Knowing that her family, and I’m sure many others, had that ornament with his picture on it hanging on their Christmas tree as a reminder to pray for him and for his forever family means so much to me.   And now to have one of the ornaments that I can pass on to him and tell him the significance someday is very special too.  I’ll post a pic of it tomorrow my camera pooped out on me after I took the pics of the kids earlier.

Shelley, the one in charge of the ornaments for the Angel Tree also sent out an email and let us know that she had a limited amount of photos from previous ornaments, and if anyone wanted one of their child to let her know.  I emailed her and she had his 2008 photo!  The ornaments are still available on CafePress.com so I'm hoping to be able to order one of them to put the photo sticker on from 2008.  Gotta see if I have the extra $ before Christmas.  LOL

The topic of the evening… a little Ukranian-American has caffeine for the first time (that I know of)!!  Eeeeeek!!!   This child cannot drink out of a straw… ummmm YES he can!!!  LOL  Who knew he’d learn so fast?!   He cracks me up.  Tonight, after the Dt. Mt. Dew (yeah, not even a wimpy drink, he went straight for the serious caffeine! hehe), he was running around in my sneakers like they were his own!  I got NO pics though, I was laughing so hard I was crying!  Maybe I’ll try to re-create tomorrow just for some pics.  hehe

This evening, Olivia has been walking around like a “movie star” in sunglasses and her heels(those little Cinderella dress up shoes) and has the little uppity attitude.  As I type she’s playing with her little play computer, typing away … she says she is making her blog!!  Bahahahaha!!   Timothy must be her agent!  Now he’s wearing the sunglasses… they are actually some 3D glasses from the movie theater I think.  LOL
