Not too much to report from Iowa today. Maybe there will be in the next few days though… we’re in for a BIG snow storm! YAY!! LOL Yeah, yeah, I know… I’m a little nuts.
John was away at Fire School all weekend. He got home around 6 this evening. We missed him, it’s nice to have him home even if it’s just for a little while before they go to bed.
Yesterday I did some errands, took the kids to the library for a little while, and then we met Mom at Pizza Hut for supper. We had fun. Timothy ate buffalo wings!! He is getting SO much braver about trying new foods, and he is actually starting to like some of the things he tries! hehe
When we got home, I noticed my right eye was really scratchy. There wasn’t anything in it, but it just got worse and sorer. I put some anti-biotic drops in them before bed. This morning when I woke up, I could barely open my right eye. Once I got it open, I added more drops. All day they have been really sensitive to the light (good thing it’s been a cloudy day!), I have been very squinty, and I took some Tylenol because the squintiness was giving me a headache. LOL I’m over 40 and goin downhill, I tell ya!!
We missed church today, and I was supposed to teach! Hopefully I’ll be able to re-pay whomever took my place today by filling in for them one of their days.
I got a FUN email today… I can’t really tell, but I won a drawing!! It will be announced tomorrow, so I’ll share then. hehe
Ok, so I LOVE looking at the orphanage (or before) photos. I have even had a few comments on how different Timothy looks. Of course, I see him every day so I don’t notice it as much. I notice the obvious stuff, his hair is different (getting darker), he smiles (a LOT), he is so smart, and learning SO much...

AHHHHHH!!!!! I love the photos! Timothy looks so happy and healthy now! I love it! I can't wait for Vlad to look like that too. Hope you are doing well and getting ready for snow -- we are too!

Hey, his cheeks filled in just Elijah's are! But actually, I notice it most in his hands. Looks like Timothy's plumped up too. We REALLY have to get these 2 together. :-)
