This week has been tough. Mommies aren’t supposed to get sick. Ooops!! LOL Olivia and I have had a cold. It’s really sucked my energy. I am feeling much better now though, still stuffy, etc. but not as achy and icky as before. Timothy has it today though, so here we go again! Bless his little heart, his little lips are so dry, I’ve been keeping Vaseline on them. Usually we use Carmex but it’s got a bit of a menthol feel to it, and I didn’t want to overdo it with him.
SO… that’s where I’ve been!
Not really a lot more to report… just taking things one day at a time. I’ve been working on tax stuff. We are still waiting for W2s though so not much I can really do. Plus, from what I understand, the adoption tax refund paperwork from the government won’t be ready to file till mid February. We usually have ours done and back by then so it’ll be strange waiting. And, we’ll have to MAIL our forms in this year, we usually e-file. Ugh!!
In the mail today we got a sweet blessing. One of my blog readers, and new friends, sent us a GC for Subway so that we can go out and have lunch/supper “out”. THANK YOU Courtney!! You are a blessing to us!!
It has been SOOOOO cold here. Today it is *-4* actual temp. The windchill is like -17! Brrrr!!
I am hoping to get some time to scrapbook again this weekend. There is a cyber crop happening at Scrapadilly.com, so that should be fun. I already looked at the challenges, and can’t wait to get started.
Time to go catch up on other blogs I’ve missed in the last couple of days!
