Tomorrow is the day!!

We worked hard today on getting things set up for our big sale tomorrow! The clothes are stacked almost as high as I am tall on the tables! YAY!! We have a little bit of everything you can ever imagine to sell. Friends, family, people I don’t even really know, and even friends from far away sent stuff for us to sell, and have volunteered their time, and their help with this. I know there is NO way I could have pulled it off by myself! Those who can’t be here because they live too far away will be praying for us as we work toward our goal tomorrow.

Today while we were setting things up, a lovely(NOT) thunderstorm roared through. The wind was blowing so hard that we were holding things down! I kept thinking, “God, why?” After the storm passed, and the wind died down to a breeze again (thank you Lord!), we kept working. Then we saw the sun! And as if to answer my earlier question, the brightest, most vivid rainbow appeared. God’s promise.

It’s been a long day, and I’m so thankful to everyone who has helped, and is going to be helping tomorrow. I know that God is going to bless our sale. He will be glorified. He has, and is, and will continue to provide.

Heavenly Father, please bless our sale tomorrow. Hold our little boy in your arms tonight, and whisper to him that his Momma & Daddy love him and that we’ll be there soon to bring him home. Thank you for my many wonderful friends. Thank you for my Mom and all of her support and encouragement, and her friendship. Thank you for who You are, and for your provision. Amen.
