We had Chinese for supper(gotta love coupons!). My fortune cookie said “You will receive unexpected support over the next week. Accept it graciously.” So here I am sitting there crying… again! LOL Sheesh…
We were brainstorming after supper and decided that we don’t need the “help” of any of the churches, or schools, or whatever. We need a BIG tent. We’ve lost precious preparation time waiting for someone else to decide if it’s ok for us to use their building/facility for our sale. I’m going to make some phone calls tomorrow and see if I can find someone to rent (or donate)a tent and we’ll set it up in my Mom’s yard. She has a HUGE back yard, and there is plenty of parking space. We need a tent that we can “close” in case of rain, so one with the roll down “walls” would be best.
I’ve also decided that I’ll call USCIS after the mail comes tomorrow if we don’t get anything from them. If I don’t get any answers, I’ll call Senator Harkin’s office and see what they can do for me. I’ve already sent the release of information, so they can call and get information or whatever on our behalf.
Sunday is our Portrait Fundraiser with Amy. There is only one appointment spot open. Please pray that everyone who has committed follows through.
Also pray for answers… I can’t take things the way they are right now much longer… Thank you!!
