Glad today is done

Thankfully today wasn’t as tough as it could have been. I actually ended up going to lunch with my SIL Tiffany, sister Amy, and Mom. We talked about Dad, and last year at this time we… fill in the blank.

I went to Mom’s and mowed tonight. I really need to do that more than once every two weeks, we almost needed to bale the stuff! hehe

I was secretly hoping that we’d hear about our travel date today. I know it’s too soon, but there’s always hope. As hard as it is to wait, it’s not as tough as the wait for the USCIS was. I doubt that the SDA will drag things out as long as they did!

I got a package today from my friend Corbett. She is adopting another sweet little boy from Timothy’s orphanage. She sent a soft, cuddly blanket with his name on it for me to give to her little guy. And some photos too. Like I did for Timothy when the Browns went to get their children. Actually, Jenny is heading back very soon to bring their children home. They came back to the US to wait through the 10 day waiting period.

Not much else happening around here. I think I’ll turn in early tonight.
God please be with each of the requests that have been written or voiced today. I think of Tracey, and Amy, and little Lyla… bless them each in the way that they need you tonight. Be with Timothy, let him know that we are loving him, and thinking of him, and we’ll be there soon.
