I got an email from another soon to be adopting Momma, and went to find her family’s FSP so I could go to their blog (I had been there before but hadn’t added it to my “Follow” list). I found it, and went to visit (and added it to my Followings this time!). That’s when it occurred to me that I must have buzzed by so quickly that I missed seeing Timothy’s little face with our story. I scrolled back up. Nope, I hadn’t passed him. I went down the page to where he usually is… not there… Ok, this can only mean one thing. Andrea (or whoever does it) moved us!! We’re “Almost There” now!! And it says “Dossier en Route” Woohoo!!! Like I said… I’m very easily made happy.
Hey, it’s been a long road for us to get here. I thank God every moment that He has blessed us so greatly (is that a word? hmm, guess so, spell check didn’t spit it out). I’ve done a lot of reflecting lately, and I’m still in awe at where God has brought us when I think about it.
I heard from my friend again today. I had emailed her to see if she could tell me if Timothy is “potty trained”. I know, silly in the grand scheme but I was curious! LOL She said that he wears underwear during the day but they put diapers on for the nights (I’m sure that’s just for the ease of keeping up with so many children at night). So, the underwear that I got for him were a good buy. And, the Pull-ups were too because we’ll probably be on an airplane over night. hehe
My Mom and I were talking about the holidays, and how overwhelming it might be for Timothy. Poor kid, I’m just sort of glad we probably won’t be home yet for Halloween! hehe
