Is he bonding?

I have no doubt that Timothy has bonded to our family.
Olivia has been having a treatment for a wart on the heel of her right foot.   The treatment involves some medicine being put on it, then 4 hrs later washed off, a blister forms that must be drained.  We did that last week the day of the treatment.  This time though, the blister hasn’t gone away like before.  So, it needed to be drained again tonight.
I had to really fight her to let me do it this time.  It doesn’t really hurt; it’s just the idea of it that she really hates.  She was kicking and screaming and crying.  I finally got her calmed down enough to just do it.  As we sat here afterward, she was crying, and I was holding the tissue on her foot for the “water”.  Timothy was standing next to her head, holding her hand, with his arm around her shoulder, and rubbing her head to make her feel better.  How SWEET is that!!??   He was trying to comfort her!!  It was sooo special.  I wish I could have taken a picture… it was just such a sweet moment between them.
A little later, just before bed, I was holding Olivia, and he was sitting on the couch with Kati, and he was doing this silly fake “cry” that he does when he is playing with the baby dolls.  I looked over to see what he was doing, and he had a tissue on his foot, and he was “crying”!  LOL  I told Kati to comfort him.  He just cracked up!!
This kid amazes me!!  I mean, his sense of humor, his compassion, his loviness… he is just SUCH a treasure!!   I know I’ve said it before, but it bears repeating… we are SO BLESSED!!!
