It has been snowing all day. We probably have about a foot of snow out there right now (11pm). The kids got out of school early today (1:30). They finally called off school around 8pm. I’m so glad that they did it tonight because I wasn’t looking forward to the phone call at 6am, it would have woke up Timothy! LOL
All of the daycare kids got to go early because parents were off work early. Most places are even closed tomorrow.
We were supposed to go to Ia City tomorrow for Timothy’s big appointments… NOT gonna happen… again… LOL Hopefully third time will be a charm! I rescheduled it, but realized later that I need to re-reschedule because as it is I have the eye doc on Monday, and the other doc on Wednesday… I am NOT gonna go all the way up there twice in the same week. LOL
So, John went to work today despite the warnings about the weather. Now he is stuck there. I knew it would happen… nooooobody listens to me though… hehe They closed the highway so there’s no telling when he’ll be home!
Since everything is so crazy, and snowy, I think tomorrow will be jammie day!! woohoo!! I put some pics on FB. I’ll add some here tomorrow after I get some in the daylight. lol
We have 14 inches of snow down here in Oklahoma and that is a record, we are for sure going have a jammie day or two at our house! Stay warm and enjoy the time together. :)
