I took a day off from posting yesterday since it was Easter. We didn't do too much, but it was nice anyway. Olivia has been "sick" all weekend. I felt so sorry for her, she couldn't even enjoy the "goodies" that were in her Easter basket. And besides that, her and I had to leave church during the breakfast because she got sick at the table (I truly thought it was all over or we wouldn't have even been there). I was mortified! Thank goodness it was near the end of the meal anyway, and no one was really still eating. I had to bring her home though, she was a mess. Thankfully her Easter dress (that I made for her) was purple and flowered, no major stain. After that excitement, the rest of the day was spent at home quietly. I had some school work to do, and John was studying for a test for today. I did sneak out while Olivia was napping and take Kati to the matanee of "The Last Song"(yeah, I gave in but no popcorn or snacks!!). It was good but I bawled like a baby. Gotta love Nicholas Sparks. :)
Today was spent answering a few emails, and doing a little more searching for fundraising ideas. I did make the appointment for our Home Study though (before it was just "in May"). Now it is May 29 & 30. She is coming here and staying over night since we have to have two face to face meetings. We'll meet on Saturday afternoon, and again on Sunday afternoon. Now I have to get the paperwork lined up. :) Oh yeah, and the house cleaned... I wonder if I can get the outside painted and the gutters replaced before May...hehe Yeah, right! LOL
