Blessings...

Today has been another day of Blessings. I know that there are days (like yesterday) when it seems that bringing home our little boy isn't meant to me. There are doubts, and the devil totally preys on us when we are already feeling a little hopeless.

Thankfully, God knows when those days are going to happen. He gives us little signs, we just have to see them. Today was one of those days for me. Well, it started last night, I saw a posting on FreeCycle about a lady that had some clothing up for grabs. I wrote and asked her if I could have them and if she would mind my selling them at a garage sale that we were having to fund our adoption. She was very happy to help and offered me all of the things including the clothing that she was going to list on FreeCycle. Blessing!!

I sent out a million and three emails (ok, maybe not that many, but you get the picture!) last night. I included the links to our "coffee shop" and our magazine subscription fundraiser, and info on the crop I'll be having in May. That generated two "chip in" donations (THANK YOU!!). Blessing!!

Today I have been working on getting donations for the crop in May. Door prizes, silent auction gifts... ANYTHING! I have gotten a few "sorry, we can't helps" and a few "I'd be happy to send you XXXX". Blessing!!

I have another friend, whom I've never met, who is doing a fundraiser thing for me. She is a consultant for Thirty One. If you go to this page, http://www.mythirtyone.com/shop/eventhome.aspx you can shop and 15% of the sales will go into our "Bring Bug Home" fund. How COOL is that!!? Blessing!!

God is good. He will bring what we need to bring our little boy home to his Forever Family.
