Grateful for Wonderful Friends

I was lamenting earlier about things and I even posted on the RR group about it because I know that others there know just how I feel. God is definitely in control though because He showed me that my lamenting was un-called for. He is taking care of things HIS way. Okie dokie Lord!!

So, here are a few blessings for today.

A lady stopped by with her yard sale leftovers (she lives in IL & works in our town). Bunches of stuff!! I also have talked to several friends who are doing some “spring cleaning” this weekend and will drop some stuff off. YAY!! My garage might not be big enough!

When I set up the Home Study Chip In!, I made its ending date for the day before Mother’s Day. I did that for a reason. I figured it was appropriate. I didn’t think we’d make our goal. Of course, yet again, God showed me that I need to let HIM take care of things.

He has given me such wonderful friends. People that I wouldn’t have ever known if not for knowing Him. Thank you Lord for my friends and what they mean to me and to my family, and especially to Timothy.

I can’t wait till he is home and can meet all of the people who have helped bring him home!! Helen, you’re on the TOP of the list!!
