Money to pay Social Worker… check!
House all clean and ready… Ummm… NO! hehe That will happen tomorrow actually. I can’t clean and expect things to stay that way until the daycare kiddos are gone. Its tough enough keeping things straight with the kids who live here!
I got the sweetest email this morning. It was from of “my” kids from our Salvation Army Officer days. Actually, our first appointment as a married couple. Anyway, she has grown into a very nice young woman, and is a good Mom and wife. I’m so proud of her.
She and her husband are in the process of adopting a little boy too. I don’t know the exact circumstances, but they have had him since he was a baby and he’s almost 4 now. She has offered to help us by having a yard sale and giving us half of what she makes with her sale.
Just another piece of proof that God is working in people even when we don’t know it. He is bigger than we can ever imagine, and He will provide for His children. He has changed my spirit through all of this. I had grown away from Him, not so much that I didn’t believe, or had turned completely away, I just wasn’t where I should be. We’re all a work in progress and I will be the first to tell you that He is NOT done with me! hehe He is faithful, even when we aren’t. Thank you Father!!
