Tiny Update... not really good news though...

I called USCIS today. I spoke to the officer in charge of our case. He basically said, “Eh, I’ll get to it when I get to it”. I’m sad. We have a couple of things to have notarized yet, but basically all we’re waiting for is our I-171H. I was so hoping that we’d get that blasted thing soon so that we can get everything apostilled and sent to Yulia before Timothy’s country reopens to new dossier submissions on the 15th. I did tell the officer that too, so maybe he'll keep that in mind and actually look at our file sooner rather than later. :(

I don’t know why I’m in such a hurry… we don’t have nearly enough money to actually make the trip, pay the facilitator, or have a place to stay or food to eat while in country.

I just want my little guy. I can’t wait to meet him. I read all of the blogs about people going and bringing their wonderful new children home, and even with the difficulties of settling in. I just can’t wait till it is us telling our story.

I’m still working hard to get things made for our 4th of July craft booth. Please pray that God blesses our efforts. I’m also putting out a donation jar, and have printed cards with Timothy’s picture and our FSP information on it, hoping to generate some donations to help us bring him home.
