Fingerprints... DONE!!

It's been a LOOOOONG day!! I went to Mt P to teach my summer enrichment classes, I just LOVE those kids! John met me there after my last class, we left his truck at McDonalds, and hit the highway!

We drove to Des Moines, only stopping once (2ish hrs). We got there right at 2:00, which is exactly when I thought we'd get there. Yay! We had no real issues getting them done early, there was one lady that was a little cranky, but I just said "Ok" and smiled at her. hehe The printing process is pretty cool. We left there, and headed home. We did stop in Coralville for supper, and a couple of quick stops at Michaels and B&N.

We got home around 7. Mom had taken the kids to Wendy's for supper.

I have to tell you that I was so excited when we left the USCIS building. I wanted to just scream to anyone who could hear me, "We just got our fingerprints done! We're getting closer to our boy!!" I think John might have run for it if I had though. LOL

We have a couple of papers that I need to get redone so that as soon as our I171H gets here, I can make that lovely trip back to DSM to get the apostilling done.
