So, here we go!
John... He is still at the same job, West Liberty Foods. He likes his job, and the people he works with, and he is doing well there. He's been there almost 3 years now. He is also finishing up a degree in networking. Not sure what degree, or what he's planning to do with that.
Joe... GRADUATED!!! And, just turned *18* on Saturday! Gulp!! I'm so proud of him. He was number 4 in his class. He is enrolled "full time" at SCC, and will be starting next month. A new chapter is beginning for him. I can't wait to see where it leads it him. We are working on getting "guardianship" of him so that he won't be responsible for making his own major decisions just yet. He is totally in favor of the idea.
Kati... She will be a Sophomore. She will be 16 in a couple of months. She went to band camp earlier in the summer and is almost done with Driver's Ed. Watch out Iowa, she'll be a licensed driver SOON!
Timothy... Our sweet little firecracker boy!! He will be in First grade this year. He is 7 1/2. He will be going to the same school he went to before. He is doing reallly well! Still non-verbal but we're working on it. Between signs, sounds, and charades, he gets his point across. He is so smart!! He has grown almost 4 inches since he's been home. He had tubes put in his ears in January.
And, Olivia... she will be in 2nd grade. She will be 7 in a few weeks. Sometimes I cant believe she is getting older, and bigger... she isn't my sweet little baby anymore. She is quite the outspoken, stubborn, sometimes frustrating little girl! I wouldn't change her for the world!
Me... Well, I'm NOT going to post my age since my Birthday just passed... LOL I've decided not to do daycare anymore. I've done daycare for 12 years. I have loved every child who has come through my home but it's time to do something different. So, I'm in the process of job searching. There are a couple that I have applied for that are my DREAM job. Both are for Court Clerk here in our county! Oh, how I would LOVE that!! I also applied for a position as an Elementary Associate for our school district. I'm praying for one of those positions!
