We ARRIVED!!

Well... last year that is!  :)   Last year at this time, we were in Kiev, Ukraine.  Things were exciting, and scary, and different, and we had NO idea the turn our lives were about to take.  I remember landing in Kiev and thinking, "We're here, we're really here".  It was surreal. 

Last night I read through my posts from last year at this time.  Things are so different.  The stuff that happened with my family, my Mom, and my daycare families hadn't happened yet, and all was still good in my world.  There are things I would change in a second if only I could.  The main thing though is that I can say today, right this moment, that I would not change the main picture one bit. 

The main picture is Timothy.   He loves us, and his brother and sisters, and Nonnie(Grandma).  He goes to school.  He is healthy.  He is safe.  He is happy.  He has his favorite bear.  He loves french fries.  And HE is LOVED.  He is wanted.  He is HOME.
